How to get a mount with a Shooting Star
Mounts arrived on October 10, 2026. A Shooting Star can appear during a rare nighttime event in the game's day cycle. According to the update announcement, each eligible player gets one star: you must have been in that server since the start of that in-game day. Joining another server after the event starts does not guarantee a reward. You can also buy stars from Stellaris, the Star Handler, at spawn. The five-per-week limit applies to purchases, restocking on Saturdays; it is not a total cap on free stars. Prices may vary by region.
Use a Shooting Star on your pet at your base to make it a mount. The star is consumed and the conversion is irreversible, so choose your pet carefully. Nitro Mutation has a 10% success chance
The shop shows one Nitro Mutation consumable for 475 trophies, with a 10% chance. It does not guarantee a mutation. Its income multiplier and interactions with Scrambled, Fractured or Enchanted are not confirmed in the supplied material, so we have not added a guessed multiplier to the calculators.
What changed with Dr. Scramble's event?
The research contains reports that the Scramble shop disappeared, but also a report that the laboratory was still on the map. The cited Update 8 announcement does not specify removal of the lab or boss, or what happens to Samples. There is no confirmation that existing mutations or stored consumables were deleted. The creator’s video shows the Admin Treadmill with x8 Speed during the event; it does not establish that the boost or treadmill remains afterward.
Halloween: what was announced next
